Well, the interview is over. It definately was a bait-n-switch job. It's more help-desk than tech support...but...well...I can't really say no if they offer the job.

The TG issue DID come up, and pretty much boiled down to "we'll contact he HR department and see if there's any policies we need to know about."

My refund check needs to get here NOW.

I know it sucks that the job isn't what it was purported to be, but its still a job right? Hopefully, the HR department is smart enough to know that a transwoman who can do the job is actually a just woman who can do the job. Its stupid that it even came up, but I think you are better off having been honest about it. If you want the job, I hope you get it :)
