dolariSo we finaly made it here...only for me to find out that I'm missing my keys...I sure hope they're in my truck. If they're gone, that's fine, I can always get a new badge, and I have spare ruck keys, assuming they haven't fallen off the chassis. My one worry is that my truck is now a security risk and it'll be destroyed as an agent of Al Qaeda. :)
The flight was actually pretty boring, as was the security stuff. I'd heard so many horror stories about security after 9/11, that I figured I'd trigger EVERYTHING. However it was pretty boring and they didn't even look in my bags.
Flyng out of Ausitn, there were some GREAT thunderheads, but I didn't get any good pictures for AWFW. By the time we changed planes in Nashville, it was too dark to take pics. I'm hoping ont he trip back, I'll be able to get some above the cloud pics.
Man, this laptop fucking rocks on aitplanes. :) I listened to the Star Wars radio dramas AND watched a LOT of recorded TV. The flight flew by, which is great, because, while I love flying, it's pretty boring. And as a kid, a Game Boy didn't cut it.
Brock PEters needs to be Darth Vader more. He's great in the role. His version of Vader's telling Luke that he is Luke's father was downright painful in a good way. He really made it sound more like he was trying to SAVE Luke from suicide by saying he was his father, instead of just trying to convince Luke to join him. I love Brock. :)
Anyways, I'll write more AND put up pics tomorrow.
