The flashes aren't nearly as bad today, this was the worst of them. What is worrying is the apperance of a spot in between the flashes that is now ALWAYS there. It's not a flash, but a ripple. If I hit my peripheral vision where I get that spot on a blank wall, you can see it rippling, like a swarm of mosquitos from far away, or water dropped into a pool.
I'm beginning to think this is actually a migraine - more stress brings more flashes, less brings less. Bright lights trigger it, natural light doesn't.
