dolariThinking back on it, the #doctorwho finale wasn't very satisfying, but did set up a fix for something I consider a fault in the new series.
The "Celebrity Doctor" is gone. No more "THE WORLD AND UNIVERSE LOVE YOU!" No more "I'M THE DOCTOR, I WILL SAVE EVERYONE." That Doctor is dead.
He's back to what he was in the original series. Just a guy in a TARDIS, trying to solve problems, and often having to prove he's not nuts.
