dolariSome advice to a (more than a few friends) who doubt they can ever be real artists:
"I say the same thing to myself. I'm not an artist. I took a comic book version of a popular 80s anime and adapted the style as my own. I'm a fake. I'm just a copy machine that can copy without the original on the glass.
"But what really matters is - does it make you happy? If it does, then to hell with trying to be an artist. Keep drawing."
