So, kept to my diet (no more than 600 calories and 45g carbs per meal) today. 1833 calories, 189g carbs. LOST TWO POUNDS IN ONE DAY. @_@

Hopefully I can keep to it like I did most of last year, and get back to 260. Or better.

I have diet envy! I have to keep mine to less than 300cal per meal (plus a small snack or two), less than 30 net carbs per day to lose. And even then it's a tooth-and-nail battle. But one that I'm winning. Sloooooooooooooooooooooooooowly.
