I almost missed that. I'm guilty of occasionally making a Rumiko Takahashi visual reference (but to Maison Ikkoku), dressing Debbie from Fluffy and Mervin in Kyoko Otonashi's "Piyo Piyo" apron with her hair tied back in a ponytail in strips involving yardwork (at least once with a broom, too).
