A: It's at a serious impasse. The chapter delves into actions by a certain person who fought my transition tooth and nail for many years. This person, in recent years, has not only redeemed themselves, but gone far beyond what they needed to do to make up for what happened. That said, they are still very sensitive about those years, and their turnaround has made me very hesitant to reopen those old wounds. And they're pretty deep wounds on both sides. I honestly have been grappling with this for almost a half year, and not come to a resolution I'm happy with. I'm not sure I will.
