AC is out again. It ran for a good while, though, so I hope if I let it sit for a while, it'll work for an even longer while. Gotta get it worked on, though.

If you have an AC that works for a while, then gradually gets warmer and warmer until it just puts out hot air, but if you leave it off for a while (30-90 minutes) it works again for a bit: It's freezing up. Not enough air is flowing through the coils, make sure you haven't blocked off a bunch of vents or the filter is incredibly dirty/clogged.

I checked the filter and replaced it...the old filter looked fairly new. The main problem is that you hear the squeal just as the fan stopps spinning. I'm thinking it's a blown motor or bearing. If you can handle the squeal, the air continues to come out cold. :)
