For a few weeks, with few exceptions, I've cooked everything I ate. I did find there was one place where I may fail in that challenge: With everything that was going on, phone interview, AC outage, car issues...I just freaking don't want to cook. Too much trouble, and I don't want to make anymore for myself. Tonight - I'm eatin' take out fried chicken.
