Nov. 1st, 2013 11:04 amFigured out that budgeting problem. The eye doctor cost me $240 out of pocket, which ate into my ”carryover” budget (half of what I save for rent and other bills to spread the impact over paychecks).
But I also forgot to count my time off to see the doctor, punching that up to about $300 and wiping it my saved up rent. On to of that there's a $200 deposit on my electricity bill which wiped the test of it away.
I can definitely take care if my basic bills this month, but it'll be tight (next paycheck I'll only have $16 in spending cash). The last paycheck in November though, should everything go okay will leave me with $350 in spending cash and can finally start buying furniture.
Assuming there's no crises and for once, I don't suck at math.
