I heard everywhere In A Mirror Darkly was the best Enterprise story, but when i got to it i watched about 5 minutes, got bored and skipped both episodes. I find out-of-continuity stories completely pointless, and even more egregious in Enterprise which was starting to become a really compelling arc-based Trek. I can get the appeal of out-of-arc comedy episodes (SG1's Wormhole X-Treme etc) but high-drama episodes that have no story impact seem like a waste of everyone's time. If you want to give the actors a chance to stretch their legs, why not do something like Lost Girl's Original Skin, or at least a dream or holodeck episode where the characters can learn from the experience? Meh.
Can't comment on the other episodes because i haven't watched the shows recently enough to know which episodes they are.
