Been watching Kimba the White Lion on Hulu for a couple of weeks now. Quickly realizing that my fave Disney movie, The Lion King, liberally...."borrows" from the show. And does so a LOT.

Kimba is a fun show, but in typical Osamu Tezuka style, can go really far off the tracks at any moment, with scenes and sometimes whole plots that just seem random. If it weren't for that quirk of Tezuka's, I would be a bigger fan of his work.
