Jun. 11th, 2014 02:21 amits been suggested to me again that I should put togethern some kind of travelogue for the Texas Hill Country. I could definitely do this. I know the area very well...
Thing is, there are already a TON of good travelogues out there. Richard Zelade's "Hill Country" and "Central Texas Stew" are absolutely great books, and where most of my knowledge comes from. What those books don't have, Hill Country Reporter with Bob Phillips fills in, as well as The Handbook of Texas Online.
But, it occurs to me, the one thing it doesn't have? Pictures. The books have no pictures, and neither does the Handbook. HCR is a great show - but only a few pictures.
Maybe, I need less travelogue...and more "picturelogue."
What do you, the viewer at home, think?
