So, after suspecting I had a keylogger installed due to wierd floating text icons and off keyboard buffer behaviour, I realized, as soon as I installed the tablet driver, the problems started again.

Turns out it's not a keylogger, just a little known funtion where you can write on the tablet and it'll translate it to text.

Oops.
