The Fire Temple "Get the Boss Key to the Boss Door" puzzle is both the simplest of all the puzzles I've had to solve, and most annoying due to the fact that being forced to use the stylus to shoot an arrow, plus rapidly and dynamically changing position and velocity equals complete unreliability and fighting controls more than solving puzzles.
