dolariI began packing things to come with me back to Seattle. This is where it really hit home. The stuff going into storage, could easily be unpacked and moved back up to Austin. No, this is coming with me back to Not Austin.
It really kind of hit home how the return to Austin has gone bad. While it's been very nice to be back in the land of Whataburger and the Texas Hill Country, I can't find a job that pays enough to stay in Austin without having to move out of town. And a good deal out of town. And if I move back to San Antonio, that's where my career goes to die. That's where the failure really lies. The move back puts me back in with roomies I love, a job that I enjoyed, and...well...lots of unexplored back country. Gotta keep with the positives.
