TWC : "Yeah, I see that. Looks like we put in the cancel order that day. It's set to completed on the 12th."
Jenn: "I cancelled my service on Oct 31st."
TWC: "Right, but this doesn't complete until the 12th. Billing occurs on the 10th."
Jenn: "I cancelled my service on Oct 31st."
TWC: "We'll send you a check for the unused portion of the service cycle from Oct 31st on. You should see it in four to six weeks."
Jenn: "But I cancelled my service on Oct 31st..."
