In the four years I spent in Seattle before this, I've never dealt with a windstorm. There was a devastating one just before I arrived in 2008, and then one just before I got here. It's wierd....I've dealt with wind in thunderstorms like crazy, and even had a near miss with a tornado during Hurricane Gilbert. Then there was all that flash flooding and what not. But this is just...wierd. Very Big Wind, nothing else. No rain, no lightning. Just Wind.

Oh, and landslide warnings too. Tomorrow maybe Mt Rainier will blow up and I'll get the Pacific Northwest Trifecta! :D
