Ever since the staph infection in my knee back in October, I haven't really exercised like I used to when I was doing 3.2 miles of walking a day.

Trying to get back into the groove with the tunnel walk yesterday, and now a trail walk today.

I still have the stamina...Walking it isn't the problem. Recovery, though....

A staph infection in the knee? Eeg. Should I ask?

Hopefully, that's now firmly in the past?

"walked this trail every day until the end of his life at age 91". Okay, that's seriously impressive. (Presumably not literally? But then, maybe remaining in one's original locale isn't so rare? Perhaps I should add that as an LJ quiz sometime.. travel is something very important to me, whether purely for fun, or professional purposes, or indeed, both =:)

I had a nasty staph infection back in October that had me in the hospital for a little over a week. I'm all good now. :)
