Date: 2015-05-21 12:09 am (UTC)Are you familiar with Kenny Everett? Seek out some of his work, and you'll find quite a few commonalities. I don't know if KE was consciously influenced by EK, but there's surely a hell of an echo in time if not.
Reminds me, I need to dig up the EK DVDs a friend gave me a while back, and get around to ripping them properly, so they can live on the house server and AirPort drives. (Yay HandBrake + advanced options pane!)
