"Avenue 0"? Egad, there's a very, very bored civil engineer somewhere.. ^_^;
If I ever drive, I doubt I'd use a GPS routinely, though it's unquestionably handy to simply know where you are - the OS MapFinder and its ilk are permanently on my iPad and iPhone. So very handy when out wandering, and you want to be sure you haven't missed some footpath junction, given some of them can be a little obscure, especially at night. (There's one pub I'm very fond of, though with current finances, I haven't been along in quite a while, which is either a modest 25 min walk from the station, or about two hours directly back to the warren. Thankfully, it's not a difficult route to follow, even at night, though the way it finishes with a long, gently uphill section before arriving here can be a bit punishing)
I don't normally use GPS directions (I'll use tracking considering his deep into the boonies I get), but in this case, I was following a specific route I'd devised.
