Christ on a crapper I hate LJ's RSS feed. I waitied two hours after the feed said it would check my site before finally going to sleep. An HOUR After that, it shows that I posted the wrong one (and because I was asleep, showed the wrong one for SIX HOURS!).

They need to fix their feed system so I can make sure I didn't make a mistake when writing the RSS code

I've been dealing with much the same here, too. On top of that, their system is not checking the feeds when it says it is, making it hard to judge when (or if) a post will show up.
