Mmmm. I should make something like that, with definite emphasis on the paprika, a spice I don't tend to use a great deal. (Though I've found a good sprinkle and a little balsamic vinegar can perk up even the cheapest of baked beans into something rather good)
Reminds me of the time we visited Hungary.. and yes, goulash is everywhere. And it's amazing. ^_^ I'd love to get back there someday - our visit was just before the walls fell, so I imagine things have changed a fair bit in the meantime. Hungary's variant of Communism was, like Yugoslavia's, a much milder form than in, say, East Germany or Albania.
