I am reminded that it's been yonks since I had rice pudding. Maybe I should give it a try in the kitchen sometime.. or even a good bread & butter pudding, if I could work out how to make it not too fatty.. perhaps using a good custard as the base? Mmm, I might have to give that a try sometime, though I'd have to buy suitable ovenwear first, as I pretty much never bake or roast. (On the other paw, the crockpot might work well.. I might have to give that a try!)
