This new "Remastered Robotech," where they're putting back a lot of the Macross cut scenes (it's not just all nudity, but some of the more intensely emotional and occasionally gory scenes), the series feels like it's "grown up" a bit.
It's still more the Robotech kid-show, now a more mature, but somewhat gangly teenager, than the much more mature but occasionally inappropriate Macross. But I like it.
Maybe Southern Cross will be more exciting this time. And as I've seen the original Mospeada, I'm going to cross my fingers that they didn't add ANY of Annie's cut scenes ::shudder::.
