Heh. I have a mid-sized swamp cooler that's usually pretty useless here during the humid NYC summers. Or worse than useless, actually. This summer has been the exception so far, with an exceptional percentage of high-temp low-humidity days. Today? No. Next 2 days? Yes.
I can't have a window a/c here (childproof bars on all windows, and management won't remove them) and the logistics of single-hose "portable" a/cs seem messy. I may go for one next year.
I see you're using the Windows 10 Weather App. Is it as inaccurate for you as it is here?
