Mm, all that'd do is continue the cycle, fuelling it within yourself in the process. Their demons can remain theirs, for as long as they wish.
(Wording choice influenced, no doubt, by binging on Wapsi Square's archive.. ye gods and little fish, that's one hell of a comic. Finally reached the climax of the first big arc a week ago, which only took original readers about eight years of 2-3 times weekly comics =:)
