Finally, a valid use case for IoT tech - a dryer that sends you email notification that your laundry is ready. ^_^

(Not a problem here, as the machine's in the kitchen, so the absence of noise makes it quite obvious when it's done. It's a combined washer/dryer, too, so no swapping over required)

There's a certain domestic pleasure in taking out a fresh load of laundry, with the fabric softener's fragrance gently wafting up, with the knowledge one's attire options are once more fully open. ^_^
