I'd like to propose a Constitutional Amendment that requires the President to at least watch Schoolhouse Rock's America Rock (and preferably pass a test on it) before being allowed to take office.

It's kind of telling how the President isn't the All Powerful Being he's evolved into since the Nixon Administration. Nixon was President just a few years before this was made, and (at the time) he was the exception, not the rule.
