Well, I woke up, and the puncture is still black...I'm hoping that's from pencil MARKING and not the pencil TIP. It's a little red, but no more than any other healing scratch. I still don't feel anything in there, though....I hope it's just a mark. Having yet another lifelong companion isn't a thrilling prospect.
