I would like to be a Canadian. My qualifications are that I like curling, Corner Gas and Bret Hart.

My disqualifications are that I'm diabetic, making Maple Syrup problematic.

LAst I checked it was considered a Chronic Disease, and counted HEAVILY against me in the qualifications check.

Somehow...I am not reassured about the state of my country's immigration laws and regulations by this news.
