So, the Play All The Zeldas Quest II is ending "soon" (as in probably this year, or maybe the beginning of next year). This leaves me to ask, what's next? I have some ideas.
1) Stop streaming but keep playing. I wasn't in this to become a celebrity streamer (and to be fair, I didn't become a celebrity streamer), but more to fulfill a promise to a friend that I would stream my next run of Zelda Games (I plan to play them all every ten years, up from five, since there are so many now!). I enjoy streaming, but find that it blunts my enjoyment of the games, because I'm trying (keyword: trying) to be entertaining as well. I wouldn't stop playing, though, as I'm having a lot of fun dedicating a whole day to gaming.
2) Keep streaming. The upside? It is a lot of fun to essentially be Mystery Science Arcade 3000 for video games, I've got over 500 games ranging from a 1973 Pong Machine to the latest for Nintendo Switch. I plan to burn through them (Playing 8 hours of Zelda a week has proven to me that I could burn through games if I'm just consistent with it). The downside? It can become a chore at times. Last week's Zelda Stream was the most monotonous 5.5 hours streaming ever, and I played more to get it overwith than actually enjoying it.
I'll really have to think about this. As I said, I'm not in it for the Streaming Fame (of which there isn't any), but at the same time it's fun but occasionally a chore.
