I've never had Dim Sum and would like to try it. What is it?

It's basically a breakfast of Chinese appetizers. You sit down, and carts go by with small plates. As you take stuff off of it, they mark it on your tab. It's meant to be shared as well, so you get lots of yummy food cheap. Dean and I ate at T&S Seafood on Lamar for $20 each.

Interesting factoid. You can't get "dim sum" in Australia. It's called "yum cha" instead. Weird.

It think that's what it's called in Hong Kong. Betcha it's just as tasty, though. :)

You should try it, at least once. :) It's very good stuff.
