The source of the vibrations were NEVER the rotors. It's the control arm and bushings that were the problem, although the mechanic is going to turn the rotors anyways to make sure they're straight. $1300.
Things he noted:
Only the right front rotor has been replaced. Previous mechanic said both rotors and calipers were replaced TWICE. And the calipers were never replaced. So, yeah, that guy can go to blazes.
