Fought sleep all afternoon, and finally gave to about 7:30, and put myself to bed. Now I'm up at 9:45 to get a before-sleep shower, and my body is all "Alright! Nighttime is my time!" Which means I'm going to have trouble sleeping.

Went can't I just have a normal sleep schedule like everyone else, or find a job where I can stay up all night like my body demands I do?

99% sure all my health issues stem from my decades long fight to make my body sleep when it doesn't want to, and to be awake when it wants sleep.
