Is there a Rule of Aquisition for what to do in a Pandemic? Trying to figure out if the Wisconsin and Texas governments are better or worse than the Ferengi.

Update:
Rule of Aquisition #23: "Nothing is more important than your health… except for your money."

So about the same as the Ferengi.

There's a thing I've read elsewhere making the rounds, and I don't know if Robert Hewitt Wolfe and Ira Behr - the DS9 scriptwriters who pretty much defined the Ferengi as much as actors Shimerman, Grodenchik, Coombs, Eisenberg, etc. - signed off on it becoming a Rule...but they ought to endorse it:

"You can't take your customers' latinum if they're all dead."

Alternatively (my own reworking):

"You can't take your customers' latinum if you're dead."
