For years now, I have not been proud of this country. Each year, I am less and less proud of what it has become and what it's currently standing for.

But there is something I'm proud of this year. The people fighting to take it back. The people who aren't backing down. The people still out there protesting when the news media decided it was done.

You are what I'm proud of.
