Rita's track is sweeping MUCH farther east than they had said it would, leaving Austin mostly high and dry (well, high and damp).

However, if you're in East Texas, I'd suggest you start heading our way.

And, not only is pulling traffic off smaller routes an INSANELY BAD IDEA, so is NOT CHANGING THE INBOUND LANES TO OUTBOUND TRAFFIC. TxDOT.

Last news report states they finally made all inbound lanes outbound lanes. Nothing like waiting for grid lock to do it, eh?
