It's moved farther east again, and now hits the are I call the "Louisiana Annex" dead on. I'm thinking it'll prolly move even FARTHER east before landfall.
Austin prolly will just get some excllent thunderstorms. Houston will have high winds and storm surges on the bayous. Beaumont\Lufkin I expect to be scrubbed clean off the map.
Longview will prolly have some Hurricane damage, and if the prediction that it gets stuck for two days over the Red River valley, Longview is going to have some MASSIVE flooding.
