Dec. 19th, 2020 06:58 pmIn a lot of baking videos I watch, the hosts use machines and even spatulas to work the dough instead of their hands. Is there a reason for that?
I've always hand kneaded my doughs, and while it's probably cleaner for your hands, it just seems more complicated (and in the case of machines - expensive) and less convenient than kneading by hand....
