So I'm watching the 1994 Stand Miniseries now that the 2021 one is functionally over. It really brings home that you can have a really good production values, an amazing cast, and high definition imagery, but if your script has no soul, it's just not good.

1994 The Stand was my first introduction to the world of Stephen King. I haven't watched the new Mini Series but I can't imagine it being nearly as good.
