Day 1: What is your earliest memory of doing something you might now think of as trans related?
We were living with my grandmother, so this would have been 1978, or about four years old. I was asleep on her couch and having a dream about Star Blazers of all things. But in the dream, I was Nova Forrestor one of the few women characters on the show. I remember very specifically being dressed in her outfit and getting a kiss from Derek Wildstar. Nothing felt out of place, there was no relief, no shame, just me as Nova being me as Nova.
