dolariI just gave up, nuked the drive, and reinstalled Linux Mint. First time Mint has dissapointed me. I just needed to recreate the EFI directory to get everything back, and on Arch, you just create the partition, run grub-install and you're good.
For some reason, I was just blocked by one thing or another that kept that from happening.
It was my boneheaded move that killed the drive, though, so no strike against Mint. Just very dissapointed.
