dolariI'm remembering why I'm not the biggest fan of grilled cheese. The bread gets too crispy and tears up my mouth. That said, I'm gonna try today's Deli Trio the way I make buttered toast.
Instead of Putting the butter in the bread and then toasting it on a griddle, I'm going to melt the butter in the pan first, then basically "saute" the bread in the butter. I love love LOVE toast made this way, so I'm gonna try it that way this time around.
