I grossly overestimated what I needed for the Deli Trio sandwiches, and I have half a loaf of Sourdough, a TON of salami, turkey and ham, as well as a ton of creamy italian dressing.

The pickles, I can take care of those. The rest. Wow, what else can I make with all that....
