Eleven and a half hours of sleep. Wether I wanted it or not. While I love these sleeps, my back does not.

It's been years since I was able to get that much sleep in a single session. I suspect that my doctors, GP and sleep clinic-specialist, would be thrilled if I could manage that long on occasion, I'm going to be lucky to get the regular six-to-eight hours.

It's less about settling down to 11 hours of sleep and more about my body just deciding to pass out for that amount of time.

So it's not exactly healthy, but at least I got the sleep....
