Okay, I figured out my tomato thing, and why I liked Crystal's cherry tomatoes so much. I don't like sweet tomato. At all. I salt my pizzas because of that.

Crystal's cherry tomatoes weren't sweet, and tasted AMAZING with a little salt. I just ate the left over cherry tomatoes from my salad (which has a sweet-and-salty dressing), and they were TERRIBLE...without salt.

So I like tomatoes, just not sweet tomatoes.

You might find that tomatoes labelled "heritage" suit you, when you can find them. Everything modern is bred for sweetness.
