It's been a Zelda kinda couple of days.
Oct. 27th, 2005 07:25 pmThere's one thing I've never ever understood about American Video Game marketing. Nine times out of ten, when you see a video game ad on american TV, the non-screenshot portions of the game have NOTHING to do with the game themselves. A good example were the so called teams "experimenting" with the weapons for Jax and Daxter or for you old timers, that guy creeping along the hallways screaming "ZELDA?! ZELDA!"
I've seen a few commercials that actually use the game to sell the game, but they're few and far between. You'd think they'd do it more often, cause then you get cool stuff like this Japanese Zelda Commercial: http://www.dolari.org/pub/famicon.avi (XVid 7.81MB, 320x240, MP3 Sound)
