One of the reasons I play a mean game of Monopoly - I had a great teacher:

My mother just finished a game of SNES Monopoly where she played against five computer players (set on hard) and beat them all. In six days.

The longest I've lasted against her was three days. And I like to think I'm pretty good. :D

Monopoly was the only game my mother had as a kid. She loved it, but hated doing the math. So I showed her the SNES version, and she's never looked back. She's a MEAN player.
